This is the second time we used Sheila and her team as our realtor. This time selling our house. Sheila and her team were extremely helpful and did an amazing job communicating. I believe their work leading up to the listing was critical in selling our home so quickly. They continued their great work and attentiveness through the whole process. Sheila and her staff are very attentive and easy to communicate with! We were able to take care of a lot of the home buying details and process via email, even before we made the trip to look at houses in Maryland. She listened to our needs and ""wish list,"" and only showed us homes that fit those specific needs.

Sheila and her team were spectacular to work with! We were buying a home in Maryland but we lived in New Jersey and so we were unable to make it down to visit properties as often as we liked. Sheila‘s team conducted video walk-throughs of the properties we were most interested in, they sent us complete itineraries prior to our actual visits, Sheila even came to our first showing with a children’s book for our young son to keep him busy during our full day of house hunting! She and her team were responsive throughout the entire offer process and they took care of everything for us until we had our keys in hand! I could not recommend the more highly.
